• Broker and Correspondent Channels
Lock It Lending offers broker and correspondent channels. The available channel depends on the lender, product, state, and loan structure.

• W-2 and 1099 Structures
W-2 and 1099 positions are available. The position, compensation, expenses, and responsibilities are documented in the agreement approved for each loan officer.

• Remote and Licensing
Remote positions are available where Lock It Lending and the loan officer hold the licenses required for the transaction. Lock It Lending currently operates in 49 states and Washington, D.C. New York is not currently included. Transaction eligibility still depends on company, loan-officer, product, and lender requirements.

• Company-Generated Leads
Independent Loan Officers may receive company-generated borrower leads through Lock It Lending's internal lead-distribution program, giving them an opportunity to take on additional leads when their self-generated business is slower.
Lead availability and volume are not guaranteed. Assignment is subject to current program requirements and timely follow-up.
