Partner Review and Onboarding Process

Start with a conversation about your business. Your next steps and onboarding requirements must be confirmed for the approved position and written agreement, not assumed from a public checklist.

What to expect from the first conversation

The first conversation is a two way review. We are trying to understand your current business and whether this platform genuinely fits it, and you are trying to find out whether the support is real.

Bring your actual numbers. A conversation based on specifics is more useful to both sides than one based on generalities.

Prepare for your review

We look for loan officers with at least six closed loans during the trailing 12 months.

  • Your closed-loan count during the trailing 12 months
  • How you generate your own business and maintain referral relationships
  • Your current company, position and states where you originate
  • The processing support and channel options you are looking for
  • Questions about the published company fee and other applicable costs

Confirm the next step directly

Ask an authorized representative what information is needed for your review and what comes next. Exact compensation, classification and agreement terms require management review and approved written documents.

Do not send borrower information or confidential employment documents through this public page.

Nothing here is an offer

Nothing on this page constitutes an offer, an agreement, an approval or a guarantee of a position. Only approved written documents establish the terms of an arrangement.

State, product and channel eligibility are confirmed for each transaction. Nothing on this page is an offer, an approval or a guarantee of any outcome.
