We look for loan officers with at least six closed loans during the trailing 12 months.

Production history is reviewed during the recruiting conversation. It is one input, not an automatic qualification.

Processing support that understands underwriting

Our processing team includes former mortgage underwriters. Reviewers who have made credit decisions tend to spot documentation and condition problems earlier, which is where most avoidable delays start.

Broker and correspondent flexibility

Broker and correspondent channels may be available based on current company approvals, product eligibility and investor requirements. Having more than one execution path means a file is less likely to stall because a single channel does not fit.

Lock It Lending, powered by Swift Home Loans, is licensed in 49 states plus the District of Columbia. We are not currently licensed in New York.
